Does anyone here knows of any email addresses that actually work? Emails where I could send them my appeal for a limited Paypal account. I have seen the famous list of all Paypal contact emails but most of them do not work anymore (mail delivery fail).

It all Bu*****t anyway.They wont give you any more info in letter as in a phone call.
