2. NEVER recommended - if you have admin access to your computer however, you could try a fresh new windows account and try to capture a different IP. Same IP is dangerous but it might work - that's gambling.

Do not risk your work computer.
For starters there might be a work mate doing the same. Accounts might link.
Far better for you to consider using alternatives like tethering etc.
Stay away from your work computer to give yourself full control over your (new) accounts).

They said it can only change if there is a power failure in the building I live or if a new subscriber comes in the building etc etc. I don't want to use wifi.
