one of my accounts was perm. limited with $400 in it awhile back and it's been about 90 days now. i check it from time to time and never was there a dispute or anything of the sort. i hear stories about people getting their money released early so rather than waiting the full 180 days, should i call paypal and attempt to convince them to release the money? any tips on what i should say?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I had clean accounts that got the 45 days from limited message, but still didn't get the money. When I emailed about just got form letter after further review account will remain limited and release in 180 days. Have about a month to go. I have heard of them not releasing even after 180 days.
I got this email today from a 180 day limited account (which was limited on 5th March 2012).

They chose to reserve £43.42 out of the £1061.90 I had stuck in there! So today I was able to withdraw £1018.48 to my bank!!!
