I've been with PayPal and eBay for 14 years, had merchant PayPal account since 2005. A few weeks ago my PayPal account was permanently limited. A quick background, I do custom vehicle vinyl, both die cut and printed. I had a few items pulled by VeRO. Some items I had trademarked words in my title, and a few I was using trademarked images. I never had action taken by eBay, but I was limited by PayPal.
After reviewing my emails, I had two attempts to add a bank account to my PayPal account, and I also got notifications from Facebook, Gmail, and Yahoo, that there was unrecognized attempts to access my accounts. Obviously I had some sort of virus or key logger. I have since run virus scans and gotten all removed. Of course, every time I contact PayPal, they send my case to appeals, but I get the same automated response. I'm some security risk. I've given up that PayPal will listen to me.
I have family members, not living near me, that will create PayPal and and eBay account. I can get a new internet provider, as my current one is cable, so I'll just add dsl. I have a virtual credit card account, I don't remember which company, but it came with card and routing number.
I'm at a loss. I applied and accept ProPay, Skrill (moneybookers), and Google Wallet. I have applied to 2CheckOut (which I used years ago with my online store), and Authorize.Net.
My current eBay had 56,500+ feedback. I really hate to lose that account, but since PayPal seems to be refusing to look at my account....
I don't even remember where I was going with this post, i'm so frustrated.
I can send 2checkout invoices, which accept PayPal, but fees are more.
Should I dump my current account with ProPay, Skrill, Authorize.net (which allows credit card checkout right in eBay), and ability to email 2checkout invoices which allows PayPal payments ..... My other option is to try to start over new with a new accounts. I did buy the eBay
Stealth Book....
I'm at a loss..............
