Default Is Paypal now limiting every new account?

Every single account I have made in the past two weeks has been limited- 4 of them! I've only received about $500 in one and it was limited a couple hours after I attempted to transfer the money into my bank account. The same thing happened with my other three accounts. Just 3 weeks ago I was transferring money and receiving thousands on dollars into my paypal account (transferring $495 at a time), and everything was fine! What's going on with paypal?

$500 is a lot for a newbie, you should be taking them slower. you do not have to withdraw for the flags to come up. they are not stupid, they do not think you are getting money to leave there forever.

I get hundred of pounds into new accounts ever day with no problem. What was the limitation notice specifically? I'm guessing that the withdrawal request triggered it... you shouldn't be attempting it too soon after the money has been received/released by PayPal.

As slim Jim said, $500 is too great of an amount for such young accounts.

it was limited a couple hours after I attempted to transfer the money into my bank account.

You need to let the money sit in the account for a minimum of 12-24 hours. Even then, its risky.

The same thing happened with my other three accounts. Just 3 weeks ago I was transferring money and receiving thousands on dollars into my paypal account (transferring $495 at a time), and everything was fine! What's going on with paypal?

holidays are coming, they are probably vamping up security.

Hello - -I am having the same problem, except mine are receiving a small amount of money.

I woke up today and found that almost all of paypal accounts - except for one brand new one I had made, had become limited for different reasons. Even the new ones that I had made a few weeks, to 3 months ago, all got limited. Even my old ones.

I have no idea what to do, especially since they want a ssn. :( Any thoughts?

Get the stealthbook and seach around the forum, you clearly do not know how to run stealth accounts well enough yet.

I am always learning. But I have been running stealth for about a year now, and never had ALL of my accounts limited. . .

I realize that there is always room for improvement, But I haven't changed how I was doing things. It's not like I just started making them and sold a lot on them. They have been taken slow, and carefully.

Nope, that's not it. I've been making stealth accounts for about 8 months now with no problems until now.

& I don't think anyone (except turkeyhunt) is truely understanding the question. I'm doing NOTHING different. I used to get thousands of dollars into 3 week old paypal accounts with no problem. So why was it fine a couple weeks ago but not now?

I think the ONLY way to know for sure is to make NEW stealth accounts and follow the correct practice for creating a new account.

Triple check everything you do and see what happens.

It's either YOU or PP creating this new problem.

Test, Test, Test, that's all we can do.

I'm hoping it's you. Sorry.

P.S. I'm new to this forum, but I've probably spent 40+ hours reading threads here for the last week. 99% of the problems seem to be Human Error of some sort.

I think 1 month is too short. 3 + 1 = this month, withdraw thousands and spend not even a penny. Are you laundering money? Account with high risk activities might got limited, specially not added SSN accounts.

Your pp`s are all verified? 500 is a lot to be withdrawing - maybe too quickly? What category are your sales

Metrics have changed.

paypal is amending its game.

paypal is looking towards tidying its house.

New policies are due in about 5 weeks.

Changes are natural ( to paypal)

Not what I wanted to hear as I'm about to create my 1st Stealth account.

I knew eventually things would change but I was hoping for the later, rather than in 5 weeks.

Have you read something in regards to this issue?

Thanks.

You answered your own own problem in the 1st post.

You received $500 in payments and transferred $495 and then wonder why you get limited? Paypal doesn't know you. They dont know if they can trust you. They don't know if you shipped the items, so of course they will limit you if you take out 99.5% of the money you just received.

Wait to receive feedback from the buyer or withdraw less.

How about information on eb and pp matched.
All items sold on eb will be hold in pp until after 3 days of delivery confirmation.
Will these money be safe to withdraw without a flag?
IMO, it should be safe because everything is matching from the start.
