Not old enough. You have not build up trust to send from one pp to another pp.

2 months is a new account.

Those who are successful in doing this have accounts a year or several years old with lots of trust built up.

a new paypal accounts often limit after receive payment . but it rarely limit with small amounts ( $5 - $10 ) , please send money as personal .

I've yet to have a problem with this, but it is highly discouraged.
