Paypal Limited !

Hello everyone i am new member

2 days ago paypal add limit on my account and now i am not able to send payments. they want " Photo ID " or " Call " verifition .. but i lives in pakistan and now i cant give them Photo ID And not even call . . so is there any way to show them prove and get my back ? i really neeed help please :(

You are lucky. They ask for one thing at the moment only.

CONFIRM LOCATION.

Buy a AVS vcc and give them that.

Should work OK

Find a working phone service.

Check if google voice will work for you.

You should have an appropriate working phone number - use goo gle voice, or a nice call forwarding service you can get online - vumber, flynumber, so many options come to mind.
