PP limited my acc, and they request :
-proof of adress (i can deliver that)
-confirm Credit card (i dont have one )
-Provide more information about payments (there are about 5 payments i recived,or sent or refounded , but i dont have any documents for those)

How can i resolve my limited account since i dont have a CC and i dont know what to write at those ''information payments'' they want.

what payment source are you using to pay for your purchases
or how you withdraw payments? for Romania i guess the only option is to a card, but you can share if its not.

information about payments is an easy task, just write a few words what did you pay for on each transaction or what you have sold...

ok , but there are 2 transactions witch i dont know what to write....meaning i recived some money but i dont know from who or why !! what should i write in this case?

Explain how do you not have information about transactions? Random people sent you money?

Be careful to try to check everything before saying a thing to paypal.

Can you check emails etc?

Your trouble is this:

paypal will need you to tell the truth as much as you can.

Even off ebay this matters.

What is the amount of these two transactions.

You must have some idea of who you are doing business with?

If you try to resolve this account with pp without knowing your account activity, you will have problems getting through. Understand those payments- sounds sketch,

i think its not a good idea to tell paypal that you dont know the source of these two payments.
You still have accepted them without refunding.

If you really dont know it, why would you accept it anyway?

why not contact who sent it and ask them? You have their email addresses. If that does not work you need to say what kind of payments you received ie gift, goods, services or what? that will really help to know what to say to them but why do you care create a new account and move on. I get an account limited and if it is going to take more time to fix it than creating a new one I just create a new one and move on.

Are you sure you have shared ALL the facts.

I wonder. Are you using freelance sites or gaming sites?

My advice to you is to refund back the 2 payments you do not know.

Then explain to Paypal the items not in stocks.

Other 3 you will need to resolve.
