PayPal suspended but eBay still okay

This is an Australian eBay account, ID verified months ago.

PayPal was also ID verified for the AUD 1,000 AML policy.

2 weeks ago I got a notice asking for supplier contact info, which I provided by then PayPal decided to limit my account indefinitely, funds released 180 days later.

But nothing seems to happen on my eBay, it has been more than 48 hours now.

Anyone have advice on how I can use this eBay account? Make a new PayPal with a Fresh IP? Thanks!

You can NOT use PP with this account - you can use other acceptable forms of payment like Skrill, Propay, Paymate - whichever exists for eB Australia

I agree, if you try to connect a new PayPal to the existing eBay account it will limit that account as well. Remember, you never want to put new accounts with older accounts as it WILL link them. May be not right away but it will eventually....I think your previous eBay account is "toast", you need to start from scratch with new stealth info, IP address and everything!

Twocoolt, I understand there will be linkage, just wondering if it might be ok as the eBay account is active. But now got the answer thanks.

Actually this is one of the experiments I was doing. Using foreign stealth and sending money back to my HK PayPal with no bad record.

I made 4 payments during this year, around 400-700 USD each. End up PayPal giving me 10 days to provide supplier info before limitation. Could send money out with no problems during the 10 days.

Ah ha - ok for future activity, try to have a SEPARATE pp for buying from your supplier and selling on eB - that can help since PP does not like this activity...can be seen as dropshipping.
