Is it safe to send funds as "Gift to family" to a Limited Paypal account?

First of all I will need a verified PayPal account and I'm based in Malta (Europe).
Second, if I buy a Virtual verified PayPal account and sell on eBay, then how would I withdraw money to the actual credit card?

Excuse my noobism in the question, I'm kind of new to forums.

Why would you send any money to a limited account?

Virtual Accounts cannot hold funds, Again....suggest you pick up the Ebay Stealth Book, you have a lot to read and learn.

Ok, I have an eBay and paypal account. I received a mail from eBay that my account is "Restricted", that is, I can buy but cannot sell. But what is the point of using eBay if I cannot sell! I don't buy from eBay.. got many better priced direct websites from USA and China.

Anyway, since my account was fully legal and eveything, I never cared searching the web for Virtual accounts ecc and how to go stealth since I was fine making 600€ in sales and more monthly. The problem is that literally what you guys mention is not applicable in Malta. For example we don't have prepaid credit cards locally.

To transfer money, I always used the withdraw tab to withdraw money from my Paypal acc to my Debit Card. Now that I would not be using the same debit card again, how shall I get my PP acc verified, and even if I get it verified, how shall I withdraw money to my debit card when it will be limited. Off course, there is a way but I'm not sure if it works: go through the hassle of doing a new Debit Card with the bank.

I have the eBay stealth guide now. But I'm yet not sure on the how to withdraw money. How do you guys withdraw money from Paypal ? Where exactly do you send it ?

You use a bank account to transfer funds.

You buy items online.

There are options.

you can occasionally move smaller amounts to other paypals that have banks attached to them, but large amounts regularly will be flagged......a bank is needed for substantial withdrawals

I see a trend of people wanting to move money from paypal to paypal and do not understand they will be linking to all into one clump.

One mistake and they could lose them all.

Highly advise not to be doing this unless you really have vast experience in doing so.

And like Oomp stated, do not move lots of money even if you know what you are doing.

Sadly people don't care and are willing to take the chNce of transferring between paypals until they get limited...then they come crying wanting an immediate fix.
