If thats an US paypal,wait 12hrs and try send less than $100,then another 12hrs $100.repeat this for 5-6 days the soft hold may cleared.but don't left nothing in account.make sure this.

Been 5 days since transfer, still no return of money. *sighs*

Money has been reversed and I was able to get it out of the account by buying something from another website.

This clears up in 2-4 days. It's a security hold on your account that is put automatic unless somebody reviews your account.

The PP account is sitll in goodstanding, correct?

Lesson learned.

Do not move money quickly.

This soft hold was because you moved too quickly etc.

Also, never take out the entire amount that was just put into the account.
