Your best option is to start a stealth account. Seriously. PayPal rarely reverses themselves in these matters. And good luck suing them - I don't see where you have any grounds to sue them. A business can generally refuse to serve anyone who has broken their rules, or where they feel they would be taking on undue risk. Whether or not you actually pushed the keys does not matter. YOU are responsible for everything that happens on your account, end of story.

Start 10 stealth accounts and spread your sales over those accounts. That way, if one gets shut down (which eventually WILL happen) you still have most of your business operating. That is a much better business plan than relying on ONE account to keep your business going. Sure it takes more effort, but you get out of a business what you put into it.

But learn to use them to YOUR advantage.

Never trust them but use them.

Keep in mind it is always business with them.
