Default Having tough time here

So how do I avoid the "we dont recognize this device" message? I tend to use either 24VC or T-Mobile Hotspots. I had one account that had thousands and thousands of dollars moved through it. The account stayed dormant for 6 months. I bought a new computer, logged into the account and I have had 5..FIVE limitations put on it. Three for change password and security.

Another for photo ID, bank statement etc etc. I called in and they told to just send a photo ID which I did. Limitation was removed. yesterday, BAM,another change password and security questions. I had enough, I called in because I couldn't add a bank account (we dont recognize this device again). They manually added it and I was able to confirm it instantly. I tried to make a purchase on Ebay. BAM, "we don't recognize this device" AGAIN.

I called again, spoke to the limitations department, they removed it. She couldn't figure out why this was happening, so she connected me to a supervisor. This prick comes on the phone and keeps me on hold for 45 minutes. He was "looking"into the account. He says because I "never" sent in any other documents originally and because of the new computer and because of the inactivity for months, that he was putting another limitation on the account.

He wanted to see proof of address, bank statement, SS# card, invoice and proof of delivery. Now, I am not delivering anything unless this gets removed. My question is, should I just refund the payments and send in the docs or refund the payments and walk away?

Connecting you to that supervisor has basically killed your account, downsides of calling in so often it will burn you one way or another eventually.

Personally try and remove the limitation, add an EIN I would say. You say thousands of $ have gone through the account which is why he further limited it probably to be 'safe' as PayPal say, but if its a good account deal with it and get it back standing. Sounds too easy to walk away.

Question to other members with this experience, not so much breakthecycle.

Mix/matching paypal accounts cause this sort of thing?

How about equal dollar amount payments than are not normal for the account?

Or sending service payments?

Just curious because I personally have never had these issues.

Service payments potentially or sending friends and family more likely.

Breakthecycle2 - what are these accounts used to taking in? And what are you taking in now?

If there's a massive difference they could be asking why such a massive dip in sales so suddenly, that's speculation though and up for debate

Well, thats what the supervisor said because of the inactivity for that 8 months or whatever.Prior to that, the money was over 15K. Now, I just took in three payments of around $800 all together.
