Hi ,
I have made e-bay and PayPal account to my Grandfather name . And grown a good e-bay account with over 5000 pos feedbacks . And all was OK , until my Gredfather die :(
After few mont Credit card that was linked to PayPal , was expired , and i have transferred money to another PayPal account .... After this action both account was Limited on 180 Days (reason multiple accounts ) .
After some weeks I have made a new PayPal on my mother name , this account work great for few month . But today i Have received e-mail , that this account are limited too , for same reason :(
What i'm doing wrong ? Is That mean , that i can't use my e-bay account ? Or What ? What can i do to start sell again ? Will wait some ideas or help from you . Thanks

The PayPal User Agreement states that PayPal reserves the right to limit an
account for any violation of the User Agreement, including the Acceptable
Use Policy.
