Limited PP, questions about last transactions.

Hi, guys

I need some good advise about my recently limited paypal. They're asking for utility bill which I'll send with no problems. But another question is to provide info about recently made transactions. Few of them were made as "family and friends" and sent to my another account. Here are my questions:

1. what's the best tactic regarding "family and friends" transactions? I'm thinking to write that it's money that I owed my friend. Any other options? Amounts are 800-900$, five transactions.
2. Is there any chance that another of my accounts involved in these transactions will also be limited after I'll send explanation? Currently it's good.

Tell me about my stupid decisions. Sending money to another account? I just need it to be withdrawn. There's no way for me to have 5-10 different US bank accounts as I'm currently outside of US.
