Default Got limited .. help!

this is a 5-year-old account..

it asking for identity proof. What to do? Which I cannot.

I will call paypal tomorrow..


still having $1300 inside; cannot access the main page.

Like an ID? or confirm phone number, they give you a couple different options try it. if its just confirm number sometimes u can get it restored right away.

possible to give them a not-real ID?

also when you give ID, the ID must match the addresses? Passport doesnot have address.

when login in, it shows the below; not the main activity page..

PayPal account has been restored

after I called them..


1st person said -- because the ip address is different and i transferred some money to someone else.

2st person said -- someone out of country tried to login in..

Anyway, i learnt lots of lessons this time..

practice makes perfect.
