Of course it matters.
If if didnt matter then it wouldnt be a problem calling in would it?
If paypal think your id is foofoo and your account details are foo foo they are not going to say "sure take your money"
You obviously have to look as real as possible. |

One client we had received a message that they needed an ID in order for them to withdraw after 180 days.
Odd thing was, nothing was ever submitted and he was still able to get the money withdrawn a week or so later to his bank without email or calling up PayPal.
Does this happen all the time? Not sure, but it was a weird instance. |

| Not as rare as you may think. All my stealth accounts I get the funds after 45 days.
Example:
PayPal get limited for breaching Acceptable Use Policy and you receive the 180 days limitation email. Serious stuff. If you then purposely "link" your PayPal account to another limited account you then get the "Your accounts have been restricted" email which states funds will be held for 45 days. Once 45 has passed you pop an email to Executive Esc and they release the funds no questions asked.
Done this on well over 100 accounts and never waited 180 days. |

Excuse my ignorance here but I am in this similar position pretty much - what did you state in your email, if you dont mind me asking and secondly who are/what is the email address for Executive Esc?

| I email executiveoffice@paypal.com, aup@paypal.com and euaup@paypal.co.uk
I simply pull up the 45 days email and reply to it with the following:
Dear Paypal,
As stated in the email below you will hold my funds for a period of 45 days. As this time has now passed it would be appreciated if you can release them and make them eligible for withdrawal.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
XXX
Within 12 hours of this email I always get the "Your funds are now eligible for withdrawal" email. |

That's pretty incredible....
I know a lot of people have tried exactly that in the past with a very very low success rate
One thing you may want to look at though is why you are getting so many accounts limited. 100 PayPal accounts limited is very very high |

| Well I am selling high risk items so i expect to lose the account before I've even started. Got to a stage now where I'm just creating new accounts on a routine basis.
What's even more incredible is that the eBay account I am using remains fully active with no policy breaches despite the fact I have associated over 100 PayPal accounts to it and selling high risk items. |

| Yes I certainly am. Currently use Lloyds and Halifax Online Savers and split them between myself and the Mrs.
What is the bank likely to do if they get the hump about it? |

| as lloyds and halifax work together, if one account closes, they will most likely close both halifax and lloyds accounts and you wont be able to have an account with them again. |

| Yes! It has to check out. The front as well as the back. Address can be different because people move Whichever State you,stealth reside...the dates, year issued, Ex date. Nsync. Idk know the quality they'll accept. Could be high resolution, ensure hologram shows. The dates are important now that states went back to a 4/5 DL ... ⊗⊗⊗⊗IDs were DMV quality! SC for example felt a 4 year DL would not allow time for the SCDL "Made In China" time to perfect " their craft" passport, look into that |

| then why are you guys giving this advice for stealth accounts if they have to check out? i don't think anyone has given a concrete answer regarding this,i have searched the forum and still don't see anything..i was able to get one of my accounts to add a bank..but the other has been unsuccessful,getting sick and tired of these dam wait times |

Would you mind to give a little guidance, when you mentioned "purposefully link" the limited Paypal with other limited Paypal, what is the best way to do that? Is possible to create a Paypal under same Stealth name and address and it would be limited with same 45 days, as right now I only have a limited account? |
