I Have got a Serious problem - Really need help guys
 

So basically ,
I do dropshipping from Amazon to Ebay ,
and I sold alot of items and my paypal is really legit ,
I got like this paypal for more then 6 years,
and I have got this e-mail in the last days and I don't know what do to do
is it happend to anyone here?
any advise please?

- What is the reason for the recent increase in payments received?
- Give a projection of the volumes you expect to receive each month for the next 6 months (specify currency).
- Specify the average dispatch and delivery timeframes for the items sold.
- Provide the name and address of your main suppliers.
- Provide a copy of any invoices from your suppliers for the merchandise sold. An invoice is an original bill of sale referencing where you purchased or acquired the items you're selling along with the name and phone number of your supplier. *Note: We can't accept Pro Forma invoices as valid unless accompanied by proof of payment.
- What is the reason for the recent increase in disputes and claims on your account?
- What are your plans to reduce any incoming buyer complaints/claims?
- Do you ship from inventory or is your supplier shipping items directly to your buyers?
- What percentage of your monthly income is based on drop-shipping?
- How many different drop-shipping suppliers are you using?
- What is the agreement with your drop shipper in relation to refunds issued (in case of refund, how much will the supplier retain as cost or re-stocking fees)?
- What is the profit margin (expressed in percentage) on sales based on drop shipping?
- What credit terms are offered to you by your drop-shipping supplier (cash flow)?

We appreciate your cooperation on this matter, and ask you to provide us with the information/questions above. Please note that if we should not receive any information by Friday, April 29th 2016, we could decide to limit or place a reserve on the account. Once requested information is received we will be able to complete a review and respond accordingly.

Do you have any advise how to answer these questions ?
because I do dropshipping ,
is that okay that I will provide invoices from Amazon and say that amaozn is my supplier?

Tell them whats up.

Leave out dropshipping.

It really is not a bad thing. If you dont co-operate they most likely will hold 20% of your funds for 180 days for all orders in the next year.

You can purchase your items from anywhere and Amazon is obviously a good option as a supplier. Give them your receipt if asked.

Just dont say you are dropshipping. You purchase items from amazon and resell on ebay and other places.

Make sure ALL TRACKING is uploaded and verified. Don't make them ask you for tracking numbers.

Hi, I received a message from Paypal, it wasn't quite as complicated as the one "Try this one" received buy they are asking me to "provide more information of payments" along with ID, proof of address, invoices and credit card statement, it's a stealth account which I bought from a seller on this forum who provided ID and proof of address so I'm still working on "dummying up" the other bits but my question is how in depth and precise do I have to be about the payments, who they come from and what they are for exactly as I really don't want to give the real info because that's why they shut down my original accounts to start with. Help with how detailed I should be would really be appreciated.
p.s. they are already holding £9k to ransom for 180 days so I really don't want to blow this.

Guys am in trouble,my paypal have been limit,they want to confirm my bank card,i have been checking it every second. i have given them my id and prove of address. my only problem is if the ask me for invoice.. hmmmmm i might just run away. though i have prove of shipping. i think because its a new acc and am having some cool sales and they limit it. i feel like crying.

Any update to this? Interested in hearing if you got away with it. From the invoices, they'll be able to see you're dropshipping as the address on them will be the exact same as your customers.

I'm also curious to see what happened to OP's account. Seems like they wanted a whole lot of detailed info. Looks like he's had a lot of disputes come up as well. What happened OP did they let you keep the account?
