US Paypal 200 transactions/20K USD limited

When paypal close in Turkey, now I use brother paypal who located in USA. And I am selling on ebay and collecting money in his usa paypal.
1-If I buy items and expense this money from paypal without sending his bank, is there necessary to pay tax?
2-If I get money to his bank in USA, how we can pay tax and how we can pay minimum? What about tax rates for new york?
3-what is easy way to get money from usa paypal to directly to Turkey?
4-there is limit for 200 transactions or 20k usd in paypal, and I dont wanna pay tax, so how can I obtain new verified paypal addresses?

You will be required to report the income for any account which you provide a Tax ID for. It doesn't matter if you transfer to a bank, it's still income. If you don't provide a Tax ID (which is how you bypass the 200/$20,000 limit), then you won't need to file taxes.

For specific tax rates you would need to talk to a tax expert. But again, unless you provide an EIN/ITIN/SSN Paypal will not send out a 1099, meaning you would not be obligated to pay taxes.

The easiest (cheapest) way would be to transfer money from USA Paypal to a USA bank account. Then you could transfer to Turkey by either bank transfer or instant money transfer (Western Union).

You can buy however many Paypal accounts you desire from here. That way you could rotate accounts and avoid providing a tax ID.

You pay taxes based on what you made, don't want to pay taxes...don't go over the 200/$20K.

Easy? No such thing. The only way would be to send funds from your USA PayPal to your Turkey PayPal but eventually you will have problems and put both PayPals at risk.

lol, no one want's to pay taxes my friend...hah. Obtain a new Verified PayPal? you can't just add another PayPal to the Ebay Account and think it will be all good.
