PayPal "On Hold" message when spending or W/D?

Over the past two weeks or so, I've noticed a "$xx.xx On Hold" message in red font display next to my PayPal balance. This appears immediately after I either withdrawal funds or send money, but goes away after a minute or two.

Anyone else notice this?

Yea, I figured as much but this message just started happening recently on several of my PayPals. The payments also go though tho. Thx.

same message when you pay eb fees its on hold then a few mins it clears nothing to worry about
