Hi guys, I need help.
I have stealth paypal account is fully 100% verified and confirmed. I've add my really a bank account (Payoneer) and confirmed it successfully. My first selling ebay 02/09/17 money available.When I try to withdraw money to my confirmed bank account I get this message "Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead." So I click the link to the classic site, attempt to make the withdraw from there except when I enter the amount and click continue it loads the exact same page and nothing has changed with my account balances.
Please help, thanks.

What Country is the PayPal in? and, if it's in another Country, what are you using as far as internet connection goes to get online?

Country paypal USA. I use vpn Strong, to change the my ip. Maybe problem is the VPN ?

I would put money on the VPN being the issue

I got the same thing recently on my UK accounts - on about 2 or 3 of them.

My only suggestion for the moment is to wait a few days and try again.

Its not the VPN.
I am in UK and not using VPNs.

I do know that StrongVPN is used and abused but I am not on any VPN or stuff like that and I got that error

Not worth calling them mate.
They a bunch of buffoons man.

They got glitches in their own heads so they cant fix any glitches.

Calling them causes a manual review on ones account so if one does not mind that then call them by all means XxX

It may well be at that stage worth opening a support ticket with them via PayPal messages

You can also try clearing out your cookies, although that in itself can lead to other issues as well

No need to call. I have resolved several PayPal issues using the message center. Just send them a message and a rep will reply. It may take 24Hrs but way less risky.

I have the same issue. All of the sudden, can not withdraw, it leads me to the classic site, but after that it just stuck there not moving anymore.

If your bank is Payoneer, that is the problem. Obviously you can add it to confirm your account but you cannot not withdraw to it. Particularly in US. (Not sure of other regions nut it sure seem like it.) Nor can you add it to use as a payment method.

It's really strange, to withdraw 60$ has no issue, but when I tried to withdraw more than that, the "sorry need more information" just pops out.

Not sure if someone else has the same issue?

Which bank are you using? Also does PayPal try to confirm your phone when it sends you to the classic site?
