They wont even allow you to add it. Youll get an error message telling you its already being used on another account and cannot be used more than once.

Go to the bank, close the account and open a new one - not too hard to do.
Did you identify WHY PP did this?

PayPal probably saw the name on the bank acct during confirmation didn't match and limited you. I've had it occur a couple times not using the instant verify method.
Yes, PayPal can see the name on the bank account with the microdeposit confirm method when they pull the fund back out via ACH.

Did you create the stealth yourself or buy the account?
Without knowing the steps or methods of creation, giving proper advise might be difficult.
What is the bank name?
What IP address are you using?
Have you tried adding the bank account using the phone IVR (voice response system) ? Sometimes you may be able to add it using that if you can't online.

I suspect this account might somehow be linked to the first account you tried adding this bank to. Have you read the stealth guide yet? If not, are you familiar with stealth principals?
Even if you ATTEMPTED to use the same bank acct# that was on the first account, those accounts will be linked.

Sounds like(from things I've seen this morning) the instant verification method can get you linked, if you have a couple accounts(used with other PP accounts) with the bank that you're letting them log into... to see the account.
They apparently see all the accounts you have with that bank when they log in.

Microdeposits are one of the least secure methods of authentication because they verify ONLY that a person has access to a bank account. The only information Paypal sees is the destination account number + routing number.
Can't be bothered to find the link but I just posted it in another thread last week. Check my thanked posts if you're interested. I can say with certainty Paypal doesn't see your name from micro-deposits. Otherwise none of us would have bank accounts linked to stealth accounts.
@OP - Probably the bank. What bank are you using?

Nick already asked about the bank and you didn't answer. From what you described in your original post it sounds like a bank issue.

@OP - Probably the bank. What bank are you using? | The one thing I know is this:
With the microdeposit verification method, there are actually THREE separate transactions that take place (as verified by Wells Fargo)
First transaction is a ACH credit (Verifybank) for $0.08
Second transaction is a ACH credit (Verifybank) for $0.03
The third transaction (and the most important) is the one where PayPal withdrawals the above two deposits (total of $0.11)
Wells Fargo confirmed to me that usually this type of ACH message will reveal the name of the account holder.
There have also been other account sellers on the forum who have confirmed this is the case.
You should really contact your bank and they will tell you this.

Then why aren't people getting limited left and right?

Only PayPal would know the answer. I suspect they would see the name on a manual account review, but maybe don't limit based on that mismatch alone.
This is just something to be aware of. Anytime funds are removed from your account for ANY reason such as when PayPal takes back their micro-funds, they would get that info. What they do with it is another matter.

But back to the OP's orginal issue, something is just not right here. Likely some actions in trying to verify the bank account caused linking for that second new account.
OP should start over and apply what's in the stealth guide if he hasn't done so already. Start fresh with 100% new details and a fresh bank account, IP, cookies, etc. Everything must be new - never reuse old information.
