PayPal limits

Created few PayPal recently after few years
I think things changed.

Setup account nornally failed automatic verification they asked to upload photo id and proof of address uploaded id and left account after 2 days they sent email they also need proof of address, add bank account, add card etc now after adding bank account and entered code on PayPal it does not say any limit is this normal?

Something in your set up is wrong and will have triggered it

thanks james i think I did not explained you well ok created this account and
just uploaded ID on the account after 2 days paypal asked for Request for additional information
1. proof of address
2. add credit/debit card

then i added bank account and verified the code now on paypal limit page when you click it only shows this
