Re: Can Come back to paypal after banned 13 years?
Saving everything forever and immediately accessing it anytime almost automatically is easier than making a single keystroke for them, so I would assume it's kept forever.
I wouldn't invest too much time in a new account with my old details, though it has often bothered me that they don't have even a handful of people working on some program where you could get reinstated, even if it meant having a deposit on hold or some kind of probationary account.
My original real info suspension was an unfortunate mix of a few small things ($125 owed, new account started and linked once or twice, then forever suspended, something like that) and it's often frustrated me that they are too big to care about really fixing anything, or letting people do things the right way. Just whatever makes them the most money the quickest, and then they streamline that.
So as ridiculous as it sounds, I would invest time learning Stealth for a similar-to-real info account (which is possible, but you have to REALLY understand Stealth), but I would assume that there is no real concern, compassion, or even common sense used there, that it's all human outsourced drones and machines and that the old info will forever be used against me by an automated system that just doesn't care.
