agree with yankee looks there is lot of member noob and said don't know how to use PayPal.
I saw old member too and talking many **** thing..
PayPal verification is no problems but why use USA account.. on USA PayPal security is higher in around the world. |

Vast majority of foreigners using USA PP's have neither an EIN or a USA bank account..
As a few people have pointed out already the forum will be flooded with confused stealthers in two weeks. |

for a certain user, the paypal sky falls daily. If you cant operate a paypal account, who cares about the new TOS anyways? Also, if you "Do this for fun" isnt the tiny extra obstacle of having a bank account for each paypal a very a minor issue to have fun??? |

most of us professional stealthers use EIN and bank accounts for the majority of our business.
This new TOS only really effects scammers, illegal product sellers, pump/dump, and non USA users.
IMO, this is GREAT! Lets rid ebay and the USA from these sellers. They cause us the most problems anyways. It is these users in general that we have all these challenges.
I am speaking in General. Of course not all non USA sellers a problem. Many are excellent. |
