I believe legit EINs based on offshore will be popular with tax responsibilities. There's almost annual $500 per year to run it. By being an investor, where is the stealth? :) |

They ask you to add a bank account to be able to use the account. THAT IS IT. If you can do that then do it and you can use the account. If you CANNOT do that then the account is useless and its time to move on.

Or any VBA bank for Non US account ??? like Belgium ... Netherland etc

Not really.
Don't add an LLC then. Just add your bank account and pull your funds out.
The reason this has an impact on non US sellers is because they cannot do that.
By the way - no one is saying an EIN will be the answer. This is all speculation at this point cause we STILL don't know what they'll consider as 'verification'. |

I suspect when they mean is bank level "verification" which means SSN/DOB which they cross reference with US credit bureaus or other third parties. If that's the case, then the identity of a REAL person is needed before you can do certain things. What those things are remains to be seen after this TOS update is done, but I speculate it may be funds transfers between accounts. |

SSN is only in US. We don't have something like that in European Union , however we have others unique numbers that can link to us. Like ID numbers, personal ID numbers and so on. Banks can easy check those with their "credit system". If you haven't received any payment in your lifetime...it means you don't exist. Simple as that, BANKS LOGIC.
Here in Romania, when I opened a bank account they gave me a paper to sign that my ID is not that ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and that i will let them to check my existence by running a query to "NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM" |
