Vast majority of foreigners using USA PP's have neither an EIN or a USA bank account..

As a few people have pointed out already the forum will be flooded with confused stealthers in two weeks.

Hardhats will not be necessary when the sky falls. The sky is mostly water vapor.

for a certain user, the paypal sky falls daily. If you cant operate a paypal account, who cares about the new TOS anyways? Also, if you "Do this for fun" isnt the tiny extra obstacle of having a bank account for each paypal a very a minor issue to have fun???

I have 8 bank accts, one attached to each of my 3 active paypals, 2 in reserve and 3 active awaiting paypal transfer in 130 more days. Lets circle back up around 1st of next month, that will give us almost 2 weeks on new rules.

The other day, all but 2 of them were limited. What has changed since then?

most of us professional stealthers use EIN and bank accounts for the majority of our business.

This new TOS only really effects scammers, illegal product sellers, pump/dump, and non USA users.

IMO, this is GREAT! Lets rid ebay and the USA from these sellers. They cause us the most problems anyways. It is these users in general that we have all these challenges.

I am speaking in General. Of course not all non USA sellers a problem. Many are excellent.

to m y understanding, some countries already have this. China is very hard to open accounts for example.
