PayPal TOS Update - Transfers for verified people only!

Ive opened several accounts in the last couple of weeks.
Have not seen anything different or new.

Well more specifically, I want to be able to have a PayPal that I can send money out of, would that still work with a VBA attached? From everything I've gathered so far from this thread and other threads on the forum, things have not changed too much. Just worried about not being able to make purchases.

Just one account ask to contact support when i try to send fund or Purchase :(

Your fine. It's to protect their self's against the annoying "we cannot send your money right now"

I just confirmed when I called.they couldn't find my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and told me I could only withdraw to bank. Waited a few days and I can send again.

The past 24 hours we are getting a required page to be filled out when sending $3000. Page requires, name, date of birth and SS number.

Tried $1000.00 and got the same requests this morning.

Says "Due to regulations" and this is from a credit card, not a paypal balance.

I'm getting prompted with a big blue 'Claim it' button, after fund availability from an eBay sale.

It gives me 2 options....

Transfer to bank OR Keep it in PayPal.

This screen is new to me. What happens if I click keep in paypal? Would it ask for docs, etc?

Actually that is not new. That has alway been asked from several of my stealth PP when I tried to send F&F money (>$1000) in the past.
I had to decrease it below $1000. Did you try it with less?

Sriously dude, we are many years or decades away from possibly using crypto for anything significant and when we do, it will be just another well manipulated and government controlled currency like USD and RMB.

Please give me info on how you open those bank accounts?

1 Do they allow for a deposit in an other name than the one for the account (meaning will it work for a paypal stealth in a name that is not yours)?

which of these statements is true now?

1 you can not make purchases/payments with paypal Balance -> no VBA, only VCC verified, account in US

2 you can not make purchases/payments with paypal Balance -> no VBA, only VCC verified, accounts worldwide

3 doesn't affect payments with paypal balance up to $/€ amount X

Please someone clarify this for me, its like 32 pages of confusion :D
