I have mostly seen this message on newish accounts that have little history on them.

it's mean like your connection not safety made payment try change your rdp,VPN or look like you try do fraud
It's PayPal boot
if you know what are you doing never has this issues I'm sure !

I got this also. It's from PP. New account and they were blocking based on the item you were trying to purchase. Several CSR and 3 managers later they said they can do nothing. The only work around is send under $100 increments or less to the receiver as it will block all other higher payments. How long I don't know I am still waiting.....and this was on a legit account too with all legit info just opened under 10 days.

The products were for a company named after a false fruit.

Nothing is new here. Same old info from the past years. Only thing new is he said more often than before and non of us know what that even means to him.

He is a fear monger. Rarely in the past 6 months does he add anything of value to the forum. Really no need to read anything he posts. He is no longer helpful and when he occasionally does, he is so vague it is useless to the OP.

He has become everything but a parasite to the forum. Shame really.
