Open Paypal with SSN

If i open a paypal using a SSN will the account be stronger

The only SSN you can use is your own. This means opening a business account right off the bat with all of your real information (assuming you can still do so) which I myself find pointless.
Now if the SSN used is NOT your own youre stealing someone's identity and once THAT person gets hit with a request for tax payment on money that YOU receive I cannot imagine he would be too impressed. That would probably lead to a more thorough investigation of the account which could lead to you landing behind bars. Not a smart plan.

It's all my info 100% Legit, Just wonderig before i use my real info if it would make a difference, it seems with steath they will eventually go down

It's not really stealth then if itd legit Haha. You can still be closed for them deeming you high risk. Always best to have multiple backups

They can take you down with your legit info if you do non legit stuff friend. Sometimes even if you do legit stuff your account will be taken down.

if you are using your real ssn and with it becomes fully verified i dont see why it would not be stonger just my opinion
