After calling paypal 8 times. They put me through hell. Each call I made took 2 hours long. I had to pay $40 dollars total to add minutes for my phone to call them using same number on the account. This last call the lady didn't want to help me supposedly last person I spoke with left a note on my account to other PayPal employees to see that I failed the question test and to ignore my request to manually transfer funds to my bank account.

The lady told me this so she said I'll have to take it by check I said but father's day this Sunday and check takes 3 week. She said too bad she can't help. But she made one minor mistake when she was messing with my account and after she spoke to me and said she can't help me only take check I hung up the phone. I started to mess with my PayPal and I discovered the answer. Now I know how to manually transfer my account to my bank account when I receive that error. I have 4,000 in my account so I work hard and was determine to get it out. No one here help me so I'm not gonna help anyone out. I have 5 stealth account with money on all of them so this really saved me now I know how.

I put a lot of time and effort and money to find way to get my money out. If you determined you'll find a way to like I did. Thank you!

Don't take a loss. Just keep calling them. Yesterday was the third account I've had this issue on. Calling paypal explaining the issue has always gotten them to release the money. Just gotta keep calling because not every rep will help you. You do NOT need to provide docs either.

I've also gotten reps who said the previous rep put a note on my account either saying I need to upload a photo ID before I can withdraw or I can only withdraw by check. I just report them to the Better Business Bureau then and that always works. Another good alternative that doesn't take as long to get a response is emailing executiveoffice@paypal.com threatening legal action if they don't let you withdraw the money.

If you have your own trick that gets the money out without having to deal with paypal that's even better though.

had the same problem , had to call and speak with several people. I guess the guy sort of did manually did transfer it.

some times you just have to call in and if the current rep isn't helping, then try again until you get someone that can.

Unfortunately, that's how it is with pp ,

So did you get it sorted out with a rep that actually knows what he is doing:?

Yes! I was very anxious,I wasn't going get my funds.I see this went on for weeks for some people,this only went on for two days for me.I spoke with about 5 supervisors,and atleast 10 account specialist.They all said the system is blocking you so sorry you have to wait it out. Anyways after,I read this thread I was going to ask a representative to do a manual transfer what he ended up doing was verifying my phone number(I'm glad he didn't ask me for documents) I repeated the number back to him,and it worked to Withdraw to check not bank.

it is great! now paypal fixed this problem and I can withdraw money to my US bank again
