 Paypal just accepted my documents, talked to customer service, but...
The customer service rep said my invoices and ID was accepted. She was looking at my ID as we were talking on the phone, read my address, and said they'll accept it, it's been restored and everything, but it can take up to 5 calendar days, and the soonest is 24 hrs. Just wondering if you folks had any experience with this taking this long?
Last time i did this, it was almost instant. Like, after we hung up. Funny background story on this, the first time it was rejected and I need to re-submit the ID again. I was like whaaaat? Turns out, for whatever reason, when the image was created with my software, it shows up as blank on their end. A couple of agents actually said this. The original file was a JPG file, I used batch purifier to clean it. So that's why they asked to re-submit my ID again, I'm thinking. So what I did was take a screenshot of my ID to change the format of the ID, it was PNG file after that. I re-submitted it, then they were able to see my ID.
The danger level on my account, risk level is medium. It still is even after I re-submitted my documents. If anyone has anymore feedback on this, that would be awesome. Thanks.
