Has anybody been locked out of a paypal account? If so were you ever able to get back in to withdraw funds when funds were eligible?


I'm locked out of my account.....i called
I spoke with a specialist and they said there is nothing they can do. That when funds are eligible for withdrawal it will "automatically" unlock the account for me to login and withdraw? The rep had to be full of S H I T iv never heard of such thing....anybody else experience being locked out?

You probably got one of the clueless overseas reps. Call using US business hours and speak with their Omaha team.

Hopefully if the account is in your real details, they can ask you the standard database questions to confirm your identity and unlock your account. They can also sometimes send a code to the phone # on the account to reset the PW.

Have had an account locked before. Some reps are helpful and others are not. Keep calling until you find somebody willing to help.
