Locked up my Paypal Account

Tried to change my personal account to business account - then it asked for my SSN and now I can't do anything to my account as it keeps asking for by SSN and other personal info Street Address DOB etc. as this is stealth account with a big balance I am not sure how to get around this....
Yes this is USA account and I live in the USA

what method are you using to do it?

You can use the EIN for the last digits of you SSN and then it should get past the problem and let you proceed.

I supplied BOTH EIN and the last 4 digits of my SSN and it worked.
I had to add a second bank account to get the PP account "Verified"
and to remove my withdrawal limits (this account was set up last November and has a lot of funds coming in but very little going out I need to empty it out.
Had to pay my taxes and IRS cleaned my clock....
I am not sure if this new thing or not it's been a long time since I set up a PP fresh account....
