Because people should be aware to the option of taking this risk.
There is no note on the sale page mentioning that there is a risk of getting your paypal screwed up.

Then discuss your complaint with the seller directly. Moderators and aspkin are busy people and will only get involved when disputes / issues cannot be resolved.

I have discussed with him, Didnt even get an option of refund.
Once the 2nd message on the Selling post is "VERIFIED", you get the feeling Aspking is backing up the seller.

To add on more value to this topic. I have had accounts recently being limited for exact same reason even with no cards ever attached, so I am 100% certain it has nothing to do with the card.

They are just changing something internally

And to fix this docs had to be provided and had to speak to the rep to remove "credit card" request

I just purchased vccs and a few that I were using were outright blocked.

There seems to be more headaches coming around on paypals part.

I didnt purchase them from the forum though so I doubt it was just the sellers vcc alone.

Yet again I ask - post the BIN numbers for these VCCs and share with the community which ones are no longer good for use with paypal and are causing issues.

That message is caused by entro-pays, which have even for a while been advised not best for use on here. So why is a verified seller allowed to sell them, Surely he should be expecting a high quality card from a verified seller.

Its not just Entropay. Its multiple cards across multiple countries.

Its only just started happening, so the seller is probably unaware.

Yeah but entropay has been hit and miss for a while now, so i even avoided using them myself. Even though i could easily generate them.

I dont see how a verified seller, selling something that has been known to be hit and miss for a while is ok ?

who i bought back from a while ago ( Maybe 6 moths ) and he sold me some entropay, which i didnt use.

Maybe two weeks ago i had VCC supply issue, remember he was selling entro's thought maybe their working ok, tried setting up two stealths with my entro's got the same error instantly on both as OP https://www.screencast.com/t/EtPS4Q8gQ

Seller also looks to be still selling and not closed or edited thread in same time period or after buyers complaint.

FYI if i sold something to someone and it didnt work even due to un forseen circumstances i would refund that buyer, especially i generated those things for free. Scummy seller.

He sells a variety of different cards as stated on his thread so once again you don't know for certain that Entropay was used in this case.

The issue is caused by a load of different cards and is not just specific to Entropay.

Well i asked him at the time what ever cards he had and the bins, USA/EU/UK were all bins which all matched entro-pays bins posted on here.

He wasnt able to provide me any options for cards with bins that didnt match entropay.

This entro issue is very recent and matches the timescale OP faced. You dont need to be a rocket scientist to connect the dots.

I do think the OP should get his $8 (or whatever he spent) refunded.

What sort of response is that ? I only bought from him six months ago and never used the card, I dont need any resolution from the seller.

He's refusing to help the buyer at all, how would you describe that behaviour ?

Well you siding with the seller, who sold something that for whatever reason didn't work as described.
