Do you have white paper to print your own name and then place over the name paypal printed on the check?

If you dont have any of those things, how about internet access to websites such as vista print?
Or maybe quick books check printing software or alike?

It's hard to determine exactly the reason for the rejected mobile check. Sometimes the bank won't disclose the exact reason what triggered the review, in this case they noticed the payee was different than the account name.
I'm sure the mobile app which allows the mobile deposits has a number of verifications of it's own. What about the device (GPS) location, or other account history? In other words Bank of America wouldn't normally apply the same measures to every customer, only those that "tripped" some security flag.
Without knowing a LOT more detail on what the OP did, or didn't do, it's hard to see exactly what the exact problem could be. |
