i would just go with precaution and assume bank of america is a no go with third party checks anymore......they have increased their security substantially over the past 2 years......I would not surprised they increased security because of something I might have done in the past......lol....

Not hard to determine at all. It says: "Payee not on account".
Either add payee to account or do as Yankee suggests in #36.
Or endorse check to 3rd party.
