Question about refund

Hello , want to ask you. If I have 0.00$ balance in my paypal account, can I still refund to my clients which paid me? Or I can't go into negative balance by issuing refunds?

Its only possible to go into negative balance if a person opens a dispute on you?

how can you refund if there is no $$ paypal balance,if it is allowed,it would mean Paypal is funding your refund??????
You can transfer fund from your bank account.
have you tried,Paypal should give you a message .

you can refund with zero balance, after that your balance will become negative and you'll be asked to add the funds to your account

How can i do that mate? People here write that with 0.00$ balance i cannot refund because paypal won't fund people themselves

No you cannot....

If you don’t have the balance to pay it then PayPal won’t let you issue a refund

He can ask the buyer to file a dispute and then Paypal will debit his account,so now he has a negative balance.
His buyer does not have the money yet,he has to wait till the case is settled if he wins.
In the mean time,OP will be asked to bring the balance to neutral,aka cough up the money

Every case differs.

if you have been with Paypal long enough and get payments coming in regularly,it is just a matter of hours and days money will come in and knock that deficit to zero
