 Paypal account need VCC
I have PP account for around 6 months, used less than $100 in it. Created using a proxy not added any more verifieds document/vba or anything else
Initial was funded by a 3rd party using BTC (BTC to Paypal).
Today i try to send just $20 from acc and now I need to add a credit card to continue with the transfer.
Anyone how can i make this transfer without a credit card/
Or what credit card i can use to continue ?
