Will new Paypal get limited if I login to an Ebay that had a limited paypal?

Can you login to an Ebay account on a windows user or a device that previously had a limited paypal account? Remember a new paypal stealth account is now attached to this ebay account. Would that new stealth paypal then get flagged and limited if you do? Could the Ebay account get ****ed too?

Hey, what exactly should I do? Does this mean that I need to make a new Ebay account if a paypal connected to it becomes limited? Hasn't happened yet, so I assume this means i can continue using the same Ebay account but on a new user right?

So you had two Pp accounts running on the same user account/device?

If I have an ebay and pp account on one user account/device , and the pp get's limited. I remove the PP from ebay(if it has been attached) and instead of re-adding a Paypal I just write the email address of the new PP in the ebay listings
