found it. you need to go to the country's ebay website, login there and sell locally there.

Why not just sign up for Paypal on that email address for the linking but then use merchant account to receive payment?

You will need to have a PayPal account that has been "Verified". ????

It seems to pop up after a bit on some of my account or after 2 listings. The only way I know is to attatch a pp that verified. What happens to the ebay account that is attatched to the pp? Does it get banned with it?

What they want is a confirmed/verified Paypal acct.
Which of course-is the Paypal acct that has the expanded use , via credit card,
and the confirmed bank acct.
--YES-once the ebay acct is banned, paypal goes down and vice versa.

That is correct modee. You beat me to it, but it will come back up again, it might be longer than that also "who has the time to wait". This is a temporary half solution.
