So how many digits in your house number and zip code, that are in your profile on PP need to match the address on file at the bank in order to link and withdraw safely?

To partially answer my own question and from what I have been able to learn so far. The cc is checked via avs system not the bank. But what if the pp show a California zip and they are from a Philadephia bank.
Can PP see my real bank information? Will they flag a linked bcc if there is ANY discrepancy with the address or zip-code on file?
They can't see your real bank info by default. If you send funds from the bank to pp, then they can see the true account holder name because of the e-receipt they would receive from the bank
does the bank zipcode match?
