can I sell expensive items?

Do you think I can sell expensive items on ebay given the following:

1) PayPal account is aged (5years+ old) eBay is also aged with a lot of buying activity and selling some moderate items ( not considered risky items though)

2)Heavy transactions in PayPal ( selling and buying.) Total cash flow exceeds 100K with very very minimal disputes chargebacks rate..... etc


Now the question "As an established current PayPal seller with a lot of positive selling transactions OUTSIDE EBAY can I start selling expensive items on ebay without issues?" PayPal issues I mean NOT eBay's

In other words, Being successful PayPal seller does it give you green light to start with risky items straightway?

Personally I guess it would not cause any issues, but would like to know your thoughts guys....

Anytime you sell an expensive item whether it's branded or not, there'll be some risks involved.
Their bot in a simple term would see that you now have a different $$ amount and activity.

So PP will then have to decide if they are willing to take the risk of letting you through with this expensive item.

In other words, no one can tell you if it'll work or not, but if you're determined to do this, you better be completely prepared with everything if they were to want some type of "proof" from you.

Thank you! The thing is I already was selling ipads and iphones but NOT through eBay. I was wondering if i did it through ebay will it make any difference. this is the fundamental question i am trying to answer

I got a restriction after selling for around 40k USD over 5 month. i Passed it but i think you will always get a restricion sooner or later.

However if you have the inovices and documents it wont be a problem to pass it. even on a new account

How old was the paypal account? was it verified?
