Paypal limited, how I can link new paypal account to my Ebay?

As my title, just got paypal account limited and now I don't know how to pay invoices still in my cart (bid and make offer so I don't want to let it go). Can I creat a new pair account (pp and ebay) then use it buy Ebay gift card and send to my current ebay account?

Or there is another solution? Hope someone can help.

Can't you just use a VCC or other suitable card as guest checkout?
