Default Where in EU are accounts not limited after 1st transaction?

Quick question, before I used to be able to receive payments to an account without getting it limited. Now whatever transaction is gone through the account gets automatically limited. I have used the same VPN provider for each of the accounts, could that be the case? There might be policy changes in my country but i cant find it anyways. Asking if anybody has an experience to tell me where in geographical location account do not require verifications in order to receive funds.

Please apologise me for my grammar and english, it isn't my native language.

Best to fault find your account creating process, it's got to be better than trying to list on a non native site.
I know that in some regions you need to be verified to even make the most simple transactions like USA, India and few more. I thought its more strict with some than others.

2nd question. Can the limit be set by a 3rd party website that middlemans the transaction as a safety for users?

The whole of EU is good for not getting limited after 1st transaction. I have accounts in UK and all over Europe, I go through many of them and never get your problem.

Creating PayPals has not become more difficult in Europe and UK

I expect its a creation method issue. Its not that much of an issue overall in the EU

There's nothing pedantic about addressing what you wrote.

The creation part is easy

As far as getting limited after the first sale, I would have to ask

1. What IP is the person using?
2. What item are they selling?
3. What value is the item?
4. Was the item an auction or BIN?

Don't be surprised that a new account get's limited after selling a brand electronic item like your old mobile phone.

It doesn't have to do anything with the creation process most of the time. It's lack of previous activity and the nature of the item you are selling. let's assume you created the account using best stealth method without any mistake and you listed an iphone. of course your paypal will get limited wether it's in EU, U.S. or in any other country.

To make your account strong you need 2 things: aging and activity.

I do agree with what you said, but creation process is also the 2nd half of a successful account.

We never know how people make their accounts, as much as the stealth guide give people a clear step by step , people by nature will do what they want and use not so good resources .

So never underestimate the creation process.
