issue withdrawing from PP to bank account

This happened twice so far on the same account
I try to withdraw. it goes pending for 72 hours
after 72 hours, PP return the money to my account and cancel the withdraw

I never faced this before !!! any ideas?

When I spoke to someone they said it was a Bank error with my bank. I spoke to my bank and they told me there were no blocks or holdings on my account. I'm likely going to have to speak to several people before I get a real answer.
However I tried withdraw via card and they said there system blocked it. SO I have to wait 24-48 hours. We'll see if that's the case...

Also the fact that you're having this very same problem pretty much confirms that it's not a problem with my bank IMO. They always try to say its the banks fault. I'm going to try to get to the bottom of it.

That sounds like your bank isn't liking the deposit.
What bank is it? And what country?

Unless he has a US bank account,else he has to use his VISA card.
He is lucky the money bounce back to his Paypal account,some are not that lucky,it came back but ended up in some Paypal suspense account,and no one would go looking for it.

No I haven't tried yet and lots of the people I speak with are moronic.
