PAYPAL Questions

So, I set up my === eBay and PAYPAL accounts. I have added the bank account to PAYPAL and will add the CC too. Should I add my phone # to PAYPAL too and do they call you?

Also, they state add a bank account to get verified and lift spending limits.......what is the purpose for also adding the CC?

Is it OK to log into your PAYPAL account from a different IP address (if I use my static one that was linked to my suspended eBay account over a year ago), than the one I created it on? I set up the ==== PAYPAL account on a different PC with a different static IP address.

Here's your thread about an old suspended IP. The answer is a BIG FAT NO. A suspended IP can not be used again. You have no reason to do it if you have made a stealth account correctly. AND if you are considering doing it, then you have no clue about being stealth.
