tracking delivered, paypal still show shipped ?
 

i sent the package via ups on 04/16/2020 and put the tracking on paypal same day. The tracking showed delivered on 04/21/2020 , but today paypal still showed "shipped" and my money is still on hold. What to do?

Can you tell your customer to mark confirm receipt? If you are using a new account then your payment may still be held for 21days even if it is delivered

i have 2 questions:

1. when customer mark confirmed receipt, later, can the customer open claim on this order?

2. My account is new , but will paypal hold my fund 21 days when they sent me this letter?
