Refund error

Just a quick update.

It seems like Paypal has fixed the refund bug. It's working for me now and other people who have had the same issue reporting that they are able to refund now as well.

Not for me, when trying to issue a refund from ebay I couldn´t, it shows some refund error and when trying to issue a paypal refund, I saw the next ehrn trying to upload funds "We're sorry, you don't have permission to complete this action. For more information, contact the person who controls your account permissions." I tried to upload funds from my credit card.

I have never seen your error personally, it's usually a different error like "something's not working" and that's on the PP side.

How long has your problem been for?

I think I have some kind of problem with this paypal account, as a matter of fact I could issue a refund but it was when I had funds available. Yesterday I tried to issue a refund in spite It would have been much more expensive due to paypal fees and taxes but I couldn't do it, then a case was opened so I have to refund to my buyer, first of all I tried to do it on ebay and I saw some the next message The refund failed There was a problem sending your refund to the buyer, then I tried to issue the refund by using my debit card on paypal and it is when I saw the message described. For the record I could send money with this card on paypal some weeks ago, but my card on file is not verified yet, do you think it has something to do with this restriction to issue refunds?
