Anyone having trouble in getting in contact with PP. they seem non exist in terms of customer support. I have dispute going on with scam buyer and it showed the item was delivered 2 weeks ago. Thanks

That would be appreciated if you know big dogs. I am sick and tired PayPal using a poor pathetic of excuse blame the pandemic when they have proven track record of crappy customer service. If you can pm any USA customer support that would be great.
I am not only being scammed but the dates for resolution keep moving. Honestly when will they start customer service again when we find a vaccine. PayPal makes too much money for crappy support.
Due to the pandemic it's been difficult to get a hold of them.

did you upload tracking?
have either of you get Paypal involved yet?
No need to call Paypal,if tracking shows delivered and if over 750,signed for,add tracking number to the case and get Paypal involved,usually a bot will close the case,if you are not happy with the outcome,appeal,then a rep will look into it
true, as long as you have proof then no need to be affreid. if you have any pic shots of any conversation with the buyer then upload those to resolutions@paypal.com or get a hold of them to let them know you have additional proof to submit/upload with such "x" case, just don't forget to remove "Exit purge" on any pic.

if Paypal keeps extending the date,it is because you two keep a dialogue going and Paypal is giving the other party time to respond.
if tracking shows delivered(it must be delivered to the address Paypal gave you),then stop talking to buyer and get Paypal involved.
To get Paypal INR protection,you must ship to the address given by Paypal and the item must be whole or part qualified

I read these type of scammers are trying to tip the claim where buyer has to ship back the item and so they can do return back with a different address with same city/zip with their own domestic postage because the scammer who scamming used package forwarding address and from china. He did it with two packaging forwarding address with two different accounts. Btw I believe he is using stealth. I know that by looking at the account details when you receive a payment from PP.

don't worry there's nothing he can do, unless if he is really using a CC but i doubt that, because if he used a CC then he could file against you with his bank. even tho, you still are good.

Something you learn everyday. I know that in china does have the dispute powers like here in the US. Still crossing my fingers. These are pro scammers who figured out the horrible ecosystem that ebay PayPal created.

You said "closed" the case, so did they close it in your favor or they decided on the buyer side?
